The Everyday PETG – Tough, Glossy, and Easy to Print.
PolyLite™ PETG is Polymaker’s go-to filament for those who need a versatile material that bridges the gap between easy-to-use PLA and high-performance ABS or nylon. With its excellent balance of toughness, optical clarity, and chemical resistance, it’s a favourite among both prototypers and production-focused makers.
Unlike traditional PETG, which can be prone to stringing and inconsistent extrusion, PolyLite™ PETG is optimized for smooth printing on both direct-drive and Bowden-style printers. It flows evenly, sticks reliably to the build surface, and yields glossy, strong prints with great interlayer adhesion.
Whether you're printing jigs, fixtures, mechanical enclosures, or water-resistant containers, PolyLite™ PETG delivers professional performance with everyday ease.
- Balanced Mechanical Strength: More impact resistant than PLA and less brittle than some ABS, ideal for functional parts and enclosures.
- High Clarity & Gloss: Natural and transparent colours offer glass-like shine, while opaque options deliver bold, professional results.
- Easy to Print, Easier to Succeed: Designed for trouble-free extrusion with minimal stringing and strong layer bonding.
- Moisture-resistant and Durable: Withstands light weather exposure and humidity better than PLA—great for outdoor use and long-lasting prints.
- Consistent Quality You Can Trust: Precision-extruded with ±0.03 mm diameter tolerance and perfectly wound for reliable feeding.
- Polymaker Quality Assurance: Vacuum-sealed with desiccant, batch-labeled, and backed by responsive global support.
Recommended Print Settings
- Nozzle Temp: 230 – 250 °C
- Bed Temp: 70 – 80 °C
- Print Speed: 30 – 60 mm/s
- Cooling Fan: 30–60% (lower for layer strength, higher for detail)
- Drying: 65 °C for 6–8 hours if moisture absorbed
Tip: Use a light glue stick or PEI surface for optimal bed adhesion. PETG sticks aggressively to bare glass or smooth PEI - avoid damaging your bed!
