Who is SaneMaker?

SaneMaker is a Canadian-owned and operated 3D printing supply store.

We launched in early 2025 and are currently focused on offering a wide selection of filaments for FDM 3D printers.

As the year progresses, we plan to expand our offerings to include 3D printers, as well as supplies for non-FDM printing, such as resins. Our filament selection is continuously growing, and we're also exploring related categories beyond 3D printing - including laser engraving/cutting and vinyl cutting.

Where do you ship to?

Domestically, we ship across most of Canada.

Internationally, we currently offer shipping to the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Slovakia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom, and United States.

Please note, for international orders, duties and customs-related fees are not included in your order total. We cannot provide an estimate for these fees. These fees are not charged by us and are governed by your local customs regulations.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee, and we do not offer returns on final sale items.
